1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AgriLift ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the service
The Platform connects farmers with drone operators for agricultural spraying services. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to aviation (e.g. SACAA in South Africa), pesticide use, and data protection regulations.
3. Fees
A platform fee (currently 5%) is applied to completed bookings and is deducted from the operator's payout. Payment terms, escrow release, and refunds are governed by the booking flow and any separate payment provider terms.
4. Liability
AgriLift acts as a marketplace. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by operators. Users are responsible for their own due diligence. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
