Privacy and POPIA

This notice describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013 (South Africa).

1. Who we are

We operate the AgriLift platform, a marketplace connecting farmers with agricultural drone operators for spraying and related services. We are responsible for the processing of your personal information in connection with the platform.

2. What we collect

We collect information you provide when you register and use the platform, including: name, email address, phone number, and (for farmers) business name, address, and farm locations. 4. How long we keep it and security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfil the purposes above or to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, dispute resolution). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
